These terms and conditions govern your use of the Hilonex website and the provision of our Life Safety & Security services. By engaging with our services, you accept these terms in full.

1. General Services

Hilonex provides installation, maintenance, and monitoring of Fire Systems, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control across Ireland. We are fully governed by the Private Security Authority (PSA) and the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI).

2. Quotes and Proposals

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A site survey may be required before finalizing any proposal to ensure full compliance with relevant Irish standards.

3. Liability & Compliance

• All our installations comply with EN 50131 (Intruder), I.S. 3218 (Fire), and I.S. 3217 (Emergency Lighting).
• Hilonex holds comprehensive insurance policies including Employers Liability, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity.
• We require reasonable access to premises to fulfill installation, servicing, or emergency call-outs.

4. Amendments

We may amend these terms from time to time. The updated version will be available on our website. Please review them periodically.
